Our most popular service, the General Home Inspection, is an examination of the viable and acessible systems and components of a building. Its purpose is to help our client get a "nuts and bolts" view of the subject property. It is an important, educational, and objective report of the structural and mechanical elements of the building.

After we inspect your home or business, we will send you an extensive 20+ page report. This report includes a detailed description and photographs of any problems that we found, as well as links to websites with information on how to fix the problems. See a sample report.

In addition to the General Home Inspection, we can also perform Radon, Wood Destroying Insect (termite), Septic Dye, Well Flow, and Water Quality tests.
